File bankruptcy twice??

Filing for bankruptcy protection is an increasingly attractive alternative for those that have had a set back and simply cannot climb out of that hole.  Increasingly, consumers are turning to bankruptcy to protect themselves from having their wages garnished and judgments enforced.

But what happens if you have already filed for bankruptcy within the last couple of years, and you find yourself having difficulties again?  Should you file for bankruptcy a second time.

This complicated question has been taken on in this article, using the example of a gentleman who filed bankruptcy 2 years prior, and again finds himself being sued for a new debt by his creditors.
